Selling a home and finding a new "foreclosed" home is an extremely trying time (from my experience).
My experience with Valley Real Estate has been exceptional. My wife and I had a very specific set of criteria and Craig and his staff were willing to go the extra mile and accommodate many of our fairly unusual requests. We have used Valley Real Estate for all of our real estate needs and will continue to do so, especially if we ever need to find another foreclosed property.
The negotiations were tough with the selling of our property but Pam was tougher.

My family and I knew the neighborhood that we would like to move to.
Over the weekend, we went to check out a home and decided we'd like to look inside. I called this agency and they had me looking inside the home the next day. When I stated that I would like to make an offer my realtor, John, made it immediately. That same day I was signing the papers on the home as well. The people who work here know how to negotiate well and really know their stuff. I would highly recommend them.

His dedication to making my demands and house priorities ALSO his priorities really helped smooth over the process and make the entire time till closing a worry free and pleasant process. His top asset to his ability to be a highly successful realtor is his willingness to help any and all ways to help the buyer get to closing and first and foremost! He watches out for your money and fights for every penny. That may sound strange to some but wghen working with HUD that will explain it all. Johns ability to have knowledge not only in regards to the Realtors aspects of the home buying process but also on the bank side and most importantly the home side of things like inspections and what to look for on conditions really helps keep peace of mind to the buyer knowing that John is truly working for them. John is also available at almost any hour which is nice for those last second bids. Overall my experience with Mr. Bierman was honestly I have to say the best anyone could ask for because not only did I buy my first home but I also made a good friend along the way and saved me some money too! Now for a side note, for whom it may concern, HUD has got to be the most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life.
Charles Harris and his team are the best in the business I have never seen people that worked so hard for a client John bierman went above and beyond on his duties Billie Jo Brock worked furiously to find the perfect house for me Valley realtors treated me like family and that means a lot.
